Fafu is owned by two Icelandic women who are the only full time employees at the company, but work with a team of talented people with different backgrounds and experiences. Our objective is to gather great talent from every aspect of our business to create the best possible product.

Here is some basic information about our team:


Hulda Hreidarsdottir is a co-founder and our managing director. She is good at multi-tasking, so she also handles our logistics. She is a good seamstress, which is why the sewing machine at the office does more than sit there and look pretty.

Thorunn Jonsdottir is a co-founder and project manager. She handles the marketing and sales. She is a few credits away from a a business degree and planning and organizing are her specialties.

Arnor Heidar Sigurdsson is a super brained programmer and musician who helps us with our website. He is also a part of our product development team. 

Helga Hreidarsdottir is a professional kindergarden teacher and our real life Mary Poppins. She helps us with the testing of our products and is a part of our product development team.

Ingvar Barkarson is an artist and one of our idea creators. He is a part of our product development team. 

Lilja Birgisdottir is a highly skilled photographer who has taken pictures for our website and promotional material.

Our goal for the future is to partner up with scholars to research ways to help children deal with stress through play and advance their understanding of life and science.
